Wedding stories unfold in different ways – whether across a full day or within a shorter celebration.
Coverage can be shaped around your plans, from ceremony-only through to six-hour and full-day stories, with additional time available if needed.
For couples planning their legal ceremony and celebration on different days, photography for both can be arranged.

This is the option most often chosen for couples whose plans are naturally suited to around six hours of coverage.

The Ceremony Story
3 hours

3 hours, typically during the week, with limited weekend availability depending on the date.

If your plans sit somewhere in between, coverage can be extended from shorter options or shaped around the day.

THE REPORTAGE WEDDING BOOK
Designed by Will Wareham
A professionally bound A3 photographic book, produced using premium photographic paper and materials. Your complete wedding story is authored and designed in my studio. Additional copies are available, including A4 editions.
Framed Gallery Prints
Favourite photographs from your wedding can be produced as high-quality photographic prints and professionally framed, creating finished pieces of your wedding to display in your home.
Booking
A 30% booking fee secures your date, with the remaining balance due one month before the wedding. A simple agreement is provided to confirm all details.

Planning & Practicalities
Are you insured, and do you bring backup equipment?
Yes. I carry full public liability and professional indemnity insurance, and I always arrive with multiple camera bodies, lenses, memory cards, and lighting equipment. Preparation is part of working quietly and confidently — robust backups allow me to focus entirely on your day without interruption.
What happens if you’re unwell or unable to attend?
In the extremely unlikely event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding due to illness or emergency, I would make every effort to arrange a trusted replacement photographer with a similar documentary approach, subject to your approval. If this isn’t possible, payments would be refunded in line with the terms of the contract. Contingency planning is always in place so your day is protected.
Do you travel for weddings?
I photograph weddings throughout London and across the UK. Travel within England is included with all my Story Collections. For weddings further afield, travel and accommodation are discussed clearly in advance so there are no surprises.
When will we receive our photographs?
A highlights slideshow is shared within one week of your wedding. Your finished gallery is typically delivered within four weeks. I personally select and process every image, using my own studio profiles and a hand-crafted approach to create a considered collection unique to your wedding.
Do you provide an online gallery?
Each of my Story Collections include a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photographs with family and friends.
Can we order additional books or prints?
The Reportage Wedding Book is an A3 photographic book, personally authored and designed by me and professionally produced using premium photographic papers and materials. A4 editions are also available. High-quality photographic enlargements are available from 10×8 inches upwards, either as individual prints or professionally framed prints. All are available to order separately.
